  Dear Gorman Wheatley, I received the item, and unfortunately, it is not as described in your listing. It arrived in pieces, with missing parts, specifically the base support. Additionally, the brace is dirty and not in “like new” condition as claimed in your listing. I also contacted the manufacturer, and they informed me that their braces are designated as single-patient use and are provided to patients on a lease basis. As such, the item remains their property and should not be resold.
