  Seller had great communication prior to me purchasing the glasses. The glasses were shipped quickly and arrived in no time. However, they arrived damaged, as the glass was separated from the figures acting as the stems of the wine glasses. I was disappointed in the damaged products, but the seller worked with me and gave me a full refund. Would work with seller again.
