  This company has excellent customer service. However, before ordering from them, do take your computer apart and make sure the numbers and the pictures match, even if you have to contact them, as what I bought was not what I got and what I got was not what I needed. They company were absolutely fabulous trying to help me and we resolved the issue by a return and full refund, which made me feel much better, as old farts just can't handle technology issues.
