This high quality item can be purchased by anyone at a pool store/outlet but on eBay you get it for a way better price. The condition of the product was excellent as these folks did a great job in packaging and shipping the item. My pool looks awesome.     Received a part that was different from what was shown in the photo, (was supposed to be the charger not the battery) contacted seller to see about swapping for the correct part but was told that because my shipping department lost the box and packing slip and that I missed the 30 day return window due to holiday vacation there's nothing I can do. Considering the extreme Mark up on this item I can't say I'm impressed with this service
