    Item came dented. I messaged the seller but never got a response. I didn't even want to return the item. The price was great and the shipping was lightning fast. This negative feedback is for zero communication and horrible packaging. If you put scrap cardboard on either side of a steelbook then you will resolve issues like this. I can see by your other negative feedback that you just don't respond to customers.

    This guy loves to hand out negatives. We didn't see his original complaint at first. If I recall correctly it came when we were out of the office due to weather. When we did see it we tried to make it right - even offered him 100% of his money back for the error. There are people out there who you just can't make happy and will hold your feet to the fire for any tiny mistake and he's one of em. Guess he's never ever made a mistake in life. Must be Nice.
