The item I purchased, a Ninja Dual Coffee Maker , was described as an open box item, never used and in excellent condition . It arrived in the original box with all the original packaging and stickers, all the original parts and the owners manual. It was in excellent brand new condition. To be honest I couldn’t even tell that the box had been opened and it works just fine.
