    First off, I purchased this repair and we had an unexpected death in the family. I couldn't possibly mail it out in time, and Paul was more than understanding and refunded me instantly, wishing us the best. A few months later we sent him our Xbox Series X and he repaired it and sent it back within a week of receiving it! Granted, we live in the same state but his service and speed are unmatched. Highly recommended!
