  The headset was received and in perfect condition. I had some issues with the postal service, which wasn t at the fault of the seller. The seller was very kind and courteous though and apologized, and even offered a rebate, even though it was not their fault. The headset was actually shipped the day after I ordered it, so the shipping from the seller was in an extremely timely manner. I m very pleased with this purchase, and with the customer service! I would definitely recommend this seller.
