    ir negotiations and shipping cost. Product arrived just as described, in good packaging. My only complaint is that it toke 9 days from the time I placed my order until the seller gave the item over to USPS. **edit to add** after neutral feedback left the seller reached out and indicated a USPS shipping error as reason in delayed shipping. I too live rurally and understand some mail carriers leave a lot to be desired and will amend my review to positive giving the seller the shadow of the doubt.

    In this particular situation, USPS picked up and then lost 12 packages without scanning them in. It was a large problem locally, which was resolved when they found all my packages still in an employee's vehicle (in rural areas, drivers use their personal vehicles sometimes) Sorry that your item took a ridiculous amount of time to get to you, I would never intentionally wait 9 days to drop off a package.

    Shipped out days after ordering. Only received one heater when I had ordered two. The seller responded within an hour of my email. They refunded the price I paid at my request. I respect that they did so without hesitation. Have not put the heater to work to rate its overall value. I would buy from again knowing that they stand behind their products and service.

    As others have mentioned in their feedback, seller is slow to ship. Purchased item on 9/23. Arrived at post office to be shipped on 9/28 (label printed 9/25). Item was shipped to wrong post office so I called the post office on 10/8. On 10/10 item was in my mailbox but tracking still shows it's at the post office. I like the item but it should never have taken so long to be mailed & received (17 days). I would not purchase from this seller again. Seller is always "away until (insert date)".

    Hi, I suggest next time not buying from a store that says "Seller is away, please expect a delay in shipping."
