  Love the model horse he is beautiful 🙂,the price was great. Shipping price was fair. The package was damaged in shipping. The plastic was cracked in two places. I recommend putting the model box in another box when shipping. Thanks for listing. The mailing services can be hard on packages. I’m ok with the box as is. 🙂 Pam

  I received the model today! It shipped fast and was well packaged. The foal is in perfect condition. Seller communicated thoroughly and even made me aware of a damaged box that the horse would be arriving in. When I stated that would not be a problem, the seller was adamant that I receive compensation. So, when the package arrived, not only did I receive the beautiful foal I purchased, they included a gift set with 2 classic series babies, too. How awesome was that?THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!
