  I hope you read this ! One of the batteries you sent me was defective - it would not charge. I tried to contact you through eBay, but there is a bug in the web contact page that prevented me from sending a message. I contacted eBay to report the bug - and they saw it - but to move things along, they issued me a refund for the battery. I'm sorry this happened, but this was the only way I could obtain a refund. I'm giving you a 5-star review for the good battery.
