  the price is good, the shipping practice is bad, i purchased on a saturday and it did not get dropped off to facility until tuesday. i understand no weekend no shipping but your 1 day delay on , has made a 3 day difference in delivery time, this is a business and i have customers quoted for proper timeframes, if you cannot properly fulfill in the timely manner placed for delivery. then update your business hours to not available. now i have to explain to my customer your bad shipping practice,

  DO NOT BUY from this seller! One of the worst experiences I have had in 20+years of buying on Ebay! seller initially responded to messages, acknowledge receipt of pictures and said that they would love to help and to give them time to figure it out with their vendor. I believe it was only their attempt to push you out of the 30 day ebay money back window... just bought their time so they don't have to deal with you. Go straight to ebay and don't even try to work it out with this seller.

  This is not true. buyer said the screen worked after the installation and was working perfectly so obviously nothing was wrong with screen and only after that he said somthing happened to screen. other issue is,not only he didnt have the original packaging, the screen been used and has now sign of used which makes it almost not possible for to be return to my vendo. i told the buyer i really want to help him ouot but just dont know what to do.meanwhile he was using the screen and didnt return it
