  The item THROUGH NO FAULT of the seller stopped in a USPS distribution center in Chicago and the packaging was ripped apart, and it was delayed more than 10. Thank goodness, the seller had wrapped it in a strong package, and it was also in hard plastic that the trainer comes in from the retailer. Great price seller communication is good and the trainer works awesome.

  Item was 2 weeks late at no fault to the sender as I found out it was the shipper USPS. pkdeals offered me a full refund after a week. I said I would wait to see if the shipper could remedy its problem and they did. PKdeals apologized numerous times. Never was his fault. Item arrived as he described and is in great Working condition. would deal with this seller again.
