No communication from seller till I reached out directly (seller responded back immediately) 5 days after purchasing item. had no idea when item was going to arrive expect for general time line.   There's no reason to message every single person that purchases an item because the handling time is stated in each ad. Tracking is uploaded after shipping so you know exactly when it will arrive. I don't think an immediate response is considered poor communication.
