  Seller had 2 copies listed, cancelled one so i bought the 2nd that had higher shipping, then has attitude and asks why I did that. Uh, 'cause there was another one listed...? Not cool.

  I explained this to the buyer. . . twice. There was no record available due to a re-listing glitch with eBay and promptly refunded them. So they turned around and tried rebuying it thinking there was a second copy when I already explained the circumstance the first time. Promptly refunded them again and apparently that explanation was not satisfactory for them so they are giving me a bad rating because they didn’t like the answer they were given although the issue was resolved twice. Very classy
