  This is a typical scammer, they refuse to refund me stopped communicating and then after waiting weeks and filing an item not received dispute suddenly they update the tracking to show it was delivered weeks ago. As you can see from the conversation on the 21st they admitted the item was lost yet they upload tracking saying I got it 19 days earlier on the 3rd. Scammer, headache, avoid!

But here is Some good advice always send your items with a tracking number, because this is all you have of proving you sent the item, all anyone would have to do is say they did not receive the item and you would have to give their money back. This happened to me when I first started in eBay.

  Seller did a “bait and switch”. I ordered the Oneida Icarus flatware and instead received the Oneida Colonial Boston flatware. The seller only wants to refund $7.00 on a $52.78 purchase. Buyer beware!
