    Seller had the best price on this item. Although this item did not arrive on time, it was not the seller's fault. FedEx had the package but would not deliver it. I even changed the delivery location to a local drop off site and it was still another 4 to 5 days before it arrived. Very disappointed in FedEx. The seller was good to communicate and always responded when I had any questions. I would buy from this seller again. Thank you!

    The product arrived broken, the box came open and showed signs of having been dragged on the floor. But they asked me for positive feedback so that they could send me another product. I believe that it was the transport's fault. I will wait for them to send me another product or a refund. it is a hinge that holds the lids

    Item arrived in a heavily damaged box due to delivery company mishandling. Seller was very good to work with, responsive, and resolved my concerns, have used the unit to clean bike parts and it's working. I had ordered another brand ultrasonic cleaner but decided to keep the Creworks as it was significantly heavier (about 8 lbs vs 4 lbs for the other make), and supposedly much quieter. It is pretty quiet, still has a "buzz" noise during operation but not excessive. Like the touch controls.
