    Bought two rods, Seller said he would combine shipping he did not. I paid full shipping for both $105 for the rods ×2 and $28.55 x2 for shipping. If it was combined shipping it would have been one charge $28.55. I did contact the seller before the purchase and he agreed to combine the shipping but did not.

    The buyer was informed the parcel was shipped in a timely manner and it was in the possession of the USPS. I also tried to let the buyer know the mail service was being delayed due to the severe storms the east coast was experiencing. I let the buyer know there was no action I could take to speed up the process and tried to assure the buyer the parcel was on its' way and asked the buyer to be patient. Although the buyer seemed Irate, at no time was I rude to him
