  Friday 11/29/24 purchase-no updates etc, sent 3 emails asking for any info at all, nothing. Receipt shows Big Sky Hobby so called them, no response. Wednesday 12/4 called again next day and they said would mail it tomorrow and issued a tracking number, Thursday 12/5 tracking number created/not yet in system! Friday 12/6 shows purchase was shipped, received here on Monday12/9. All this time, numerous emails and phone calls, absolutely ZERO response from seller pilatesgal (Angie Kurshoff) !!

  Everything arrived okay and is functioning. However, there is some question as to how the item was packaged. The transformer was in its original box which has zero padding. That box was placed inside a shipping box that was approximately 3 times bigger than the original box with no padding whatsoever. Therefore, the transformer box was probably tossed and tumbled a lot during its trip. Just a suggestion that there be some padding placed to prevent the rock tumbler effect. Lucky this time!
