    The item had a tracking number for shipping right away, but I was informed 6 days later that the item had been lost, and the package that had been being tracked and shipped was a refund. I received 11 dollars in cash in an envelope instead of the 14 I paid (this is okay, assuming the rest was used for shipping?). Honestly a strange interaction. This was a small ring that I got presumably under-value in a no-reserve auction, so I hope this was an honest mistake. A small ring would be easy to lose

    We eventually found the ring, and shipped it to the customer, free of charge.

    The seller cancelled the order and wrote: "Cancellation reason: Buyer asked to cancel". That`s totally false, the seller wanted to increase the shipping price after the payment was done. After the payment was done, the seller sent this message: "Hello, The shipping is incorrect. If you still want the item, shipping will be adjusted. Let us know please. If you still want the item, and you already paid for it, tell us so we can cancel the previous bill you already paid."

    Limited reasons for cancellation are: 1. Out of stock or damaged 2. Buyer asked to cancel 3. Issue with buyer's shipping address. eBay does not allow changes to listings, once bids are received. Your item and others have this error on the listing. It's a great watch, you would have enjoyed having, for sure.
