  item was listed as new, other but image was of the product in the box, product arrived without a box just the ink cartridge by itself. the ink was still wrapped/sealed in original plastic. i think it might be better to show an image of the actual product so people know what to expect. if i were giving as a gift i'd be disappointed. shipping time was ok, not amazing. all in all though, good product good price.
