Delivered by Evri with dented packaging that despite 4 layers of bubble wrap had still put a small crack in the Perspex that was visible only once the pictures were in place. Frame was sent and packaged very well (cardboard and bubble wrap) but it must have had been bashed really badly in transit so the acrylic was cracked. Messaged the co and they arranged for a fast replacement sheet to be sent out. Excellent service and excellent medal frame. Definitely recommend
