At the time of purchase the item was listed as ‘in stock’ and included delivery to Denmark. I never received it and fortunately e-bay were able to retrieve my money. Communication with the seller throughout this process was virtually non existent and I received neither help nor an explanation. I value my time and object strongly when it is wasted in a senseless pursuit of an item being sold by a person with limited or no idea of what customer service is. By definition, a case of caveat emptor.

Verkäufer reagierte nicht auf sofortigen Kaufabbruch. Eine Antwort auf Nachrichten an den Verkäufer erfolgte nicht. Der Artikel wurde vom Verkäufer als versendet markiert - scheinbar aber nie verschickt.
Die Kaufpreis wurde nicht freiwillig sondern erst nach der Eröffnung eines Streitfalls durch eBay erstattet. Bis heute habe ich NIE auch nur ein Wort vom Verkäufer gehört.
Für mich haben sich zukünftige Geschäfte damit erledigt. Wenn mal etwas schief läuft, verstehe ich das, erwarte aber Kontakt
