  The item was missing one key piece. In the description and photos it didn't mention the piece was missing. When I contacted the seller to let them know they blamed logistics with no follow up to get me the missing piece. The shipping box was taped and sealed but the device box was not. The device definitely wasn't new if it wasn't sealed and missing parts

  The item is new and box was sealed.But due to you have choose Expedited Shipping way.The express maybe open the box for the safe check.Meanwhile if any broken or missing you can Complaint against logistics company.
