The s-pen came with the S7 has no tip. Reached out to the seller on Jan 28th. They said send us the picture. Then they said send us the s-pen. Mailed the s-pen to them (Feb 8th) in priority mail with tracking #. 1st delivery (Feb 10th) failed. Had to sent them a reminder message (Feb 17th) and told them the s-pen is needed next week for project. The mail finally got delivered/picked up on Feb 21st. It's the 24th now and still no news about the replacement. Customer service is a nightmare.
