Shipping was fast. Items were well packaged and protected. The seller sent ample communications as to shipping, delivery dates, and instructions if anything needed to be returned. The packaging also included a return label just in case. No return necessary. The phones are in fact brand new and at what I think was a more than fair price. Highly recommend!!

Had Verizon transfer all my apps, pics, info etc. No problems & works great with 100% battery life even though the 8plus I Phone vintage is 2017- 2018 ! Would def recommend seller !
