  Exactly as described. Zodi makes one of the few heated and battery-operated camp showers that actually works (at a believable price). They are seemingly hard to find, even from Zodi's own website, which makes me think they are going out of business. Seller promptly shipped this and packaged it to safely arrive. It was still seemingly new in its carry bag, and worked great on my recent two-week remote camping trip! Highly recommended if you want a warm shower without relying on a solar bag.

  The seller did not indicate in the listing that an essential item was missing and was rude and defensive when contacted. When contacted after reciept, the seller claimed the item, which is essential for operation, is not necessary and accused me of knowing it as well. He then stated that if returned, there would be a 25% restocking fee, which was not stated anywhere in the listing. He aslo advertised that the item would ship Priority Mail but instead shipped it Ground Advantage which is cheaper.
