  When I received my solar panel, it was bent a little bit at the bottom and then no matter how I angled it in the full sunlight, and it would never produce more than 150 W ….. I contact the manufacturer and said I wanted $30 of a refund because it doesn’t produce the wattage it should they said that wasn’t their fault that it was the manufacturers fault and didn’t even mention anything about it being damaged and then told me they would only refund me $15 back even though I think my offer of $30
