    Stroller was sold as refurbished but looks and act brand new. Incredible deal and our dog loves it!! Get the green camo - it's adorable with the rose gold frame!! Shipped on Monday it is Wednesday and it was delivered by 1pm via UPS. Seller certainly does not excel with communication but the stroller arrived perfectly.

    This was my second purchase from the seller. First one I had no issues. This time the stroller arrived to me in used condition not refurbished. Buttons broken, wires bent, etc. sellers resolution was to refund $100 of the $300 spent on a used broken item. I will not be purchasing this brand anymore and I will warn others as well. Buyer beware.

    Order this on the 7th he printed a shipping label on the 10th and it's now the 17th and he still hasn't shipped the item UPS has not received it bought this for a trip that we were leaving on this Friday and obviously now it won't be here so I had to buy locally he kept telling me the item was shipped and UPS just told me today that they have not received the item to ship the only thing they know is that there was a shipping order put in now he won't refund or respond
