    The customer service is excellent. I requested twice. info on how these hooves were cleaned and they responded very quickly both times and were very specific. Unfortunately, I learned after receiving the hooves, because my dog has a suspected beef allergy, I could not give these to her. If your dog has a beef allergy, I've learned that you can not give them ANYTHING that comes from cattle, even these or beef bones.
