  I received the order and it’s not like the one in the picture. I am familiar with the one advertised and it’s hard getting it from vendors even Makari no longer carries it. It was a great product. I was hoping it was the same as the one showing in the picture. I won’t return them because your customer service is fantastic. I think you should remove the picture advertised and replace it with the correct one to avoid confusion and some people might it as false advertisement. Just a suggestion.

  I reached out to the seller before buying to confirm that the product in the photo was what will be sent to me. The seller confirmed that it is INDEED the same. I thanked them for their honestly. I received the package today and it turns out that it is in fact NOT the same. I was lied to and am honestly saddened by this. I asked before hand making sure i didn’t get the Deep Moisturizing Detangler, they told me what’s in the photo is what will be sent out smh. They LIED. Be careful!
