    I’m not sure what was different between “OLD FORMULA” and any new formula, but I’m pleased with this purchase. I had never seen the small sample size with the brush-on applicator, but what a unique joy! I believe the seller had it reasonably priced (for 2) so I think it was a good deal, and it was certainly well packaged to protect the contents. Also, the product was shipped and received in a timely manner! Thanks for a WONDERFUL experience - 5 STARS! I will save this seller!
