    Product came new, as advertised. I wasn’t super happy with how it shipped, personal preference maybe but it was the perfume box directly in a shipping box, nothing to protect it from bumps or damage in shipping. And I had zero on contract from seller after I reached out twice with shipping questions. I got my product, so it wasn’t a negative experience, but it wasn’t positive due to lack of communication, and protective measures not being taken for the package.
