The bridle was a beautiful piece of tack. Delivery was fast and nicely packaged. Sadly, it did not fit my horse properly and I needed to return. I did contact eBay to try to resolve an issue that I had with the return shipping label tracking number. Unfortunately this lead to the seller inappropriately getting a black mark on his/her account which had nothing to do with the Seller's actions. Seller quickly responded to all messages and was very willing to refund the item.
