  After a slight mixup with shipping information we thought our package (stainless steel straws) was given to the wrong recipient. USPS stated it had been delivered.. I reached out to the seller about this and they promptly responded to inform me when to expect the package. They were true to their word, we received the product on time, the day they said we would and are completely satisfied with this purchase!   The whistles are great, customer service not so much. Total confusion about if they were shipped, when they were shipped, where they were shipped to. It took seller days to respond to each message. Then I was told they were delivered to a location that doesn't even exist. They eventually arrived 5 days later, despite seller's confusion.
