  Chain saw was in great new condition but would not run. I tried 3 batteries. Seller was very understanding and cooperative. The box looks new in the picture but was very beat up when delivered. I am not sure what happened during shipping but box was torn, dented and stained. I will definitely keep this seller in mind for future purchases because they have such a large selection of great items.
