    I love these as I’ve bought so many directly from Tiffany’s so they came in the blue box with the white ribbon. I’m not sure these are new as advertised and were never used, but I tried to clean them up as best I could for a gift to a friend. I will say I’ve never seen a better packaging job than this one. It was pretty amazing.
