  I was unimpressed with the process. I have no complaints about shipping and it was quick. The item was not true to the description. When I asked for a refund I feel the refund was not sufficient, but I didn’t feel like fighting for something so minor. Overall, I think they needed to be clearer on the original listing as the item was not in working condition, and was overpriced for being broken.

  The lot of books came in a good time and were well packaged and in good condition. My one issue being that there were multiple duplicates in the lot that wasn't included in the description. The pictures provided are misleading in that the photos are of all the unique books. It's not technically a problem with the purchase, and when I contacted the seller, they did say there were duplicates. It just would've been good to know that ahead of time, especially because I got 3 copies of the same book
