  My experience was top notch. I was kept informed the whole way from beginning to end. I had a shipped date and a date of expected arrival. It actually arrived a day early. They also gave my a security code to give the delivery person to ensure it was delivered to me. I had never encountered that before. The packaging for shipping was great. I will definitely keep an eye on their merchandise. I would gladly recommend to anyone else.

  The bowling ball bag is beautiful, exactly what I wanted and expected. There was no communication from the seller for several days. I asked for a refund and then there was a reply the seller stating the bag had been shipped, but could not provide a tracking number or carrier. It took a week to get the bag. It arrived in new packaging from Amazon.

  Everything arrived okay package had a hole in it where one of the bolts had poked through but everything was still intact in the box nothing was damaged for the price you can't go wrong. I put it together and my babies love it.

  Purchased on the 11th and received on the 27th , was told it was delivered twice and I was even told to “look in your house for it and ask your neighbors if they saw it” …. I was shocked at that reply because I never received any tracking information and when I did at the end it was wrong also , the package arrived 3 days before the tracking information …. There was a lot of misinformation and delays due to the fact the seller didn’t actually have the product. …. The whole experience was bad
