    Absolutely NO PROBLEM with the seller, highly recommend and I’m 100% satisfied..!! HOWEVER USPS was HORRIBLE..!! Took days longer than it should have and my item bounced around back and forth through the same post offices numerous times. I have an email in to USPS to explain to me why this happened. I’m not holding my breath for an intelligent response, all I can say is USPS STINKS..!!

    The US Motors 1/2 HP unit didn’t end up working for our application due to the shaft size, but Peak Direct was great to work with.     My item came out defective and did not work when it arrived. I immediately did my due diligence and took pictures of the item and notified the seller. Seller was very proactive and initiated a refund request for me and also sent me my label to return the item. I had no problem at all with the shopping experience. It's bound to happen that electronic items might have defects. So other than that little hiccup that happened, this is a great seller I give them 10 stars if I would be able to,Thanks!
