  The frame arrived very well packaged but upon inspection, it had tons of little white marks on all 4 sides of the frame. I contacted the seller to see if she would offer a partial refund but when I did, she refused and told me to just return it. I would have been willing to keep it but the seller was unwilling to work with me at all.

  I would have definitely been willing to work with you; however, you requested a $10 refund on a $10.44 order. I felt, if you were that unhappy with your purchase, you should just send it back with a 100% refund.
