  Item was not packed with enough protection, considering that I paid for shipping, I would expect for it to be packed better. I also messaged the seller asking if it included a power supply, to which they did not respond. The device did not include a power supply, so I had to purchase one separately. With that being said, the item works and doesn’t seem to be damaged, so I am going to leave a positive review. Overall good seller but please work on packing quality and communication. Thank you!

  Received it today. Good condition and as described. Good value compared to buying it new. The packing may not have been the best, but it arrived safe. I was just surprised that the card had many pictures of a family in vacation and birthday celebration. It did not bother me, but I just thought it was odd not to have formatted it before selling. All else is good. Thank you.

  The item arrived in an acceptable time frame but the item was not as described. The item was described as "working" and the condition provided to eBay was "In Fully Functioning Condition". The item was packaged in bubble wrap inside of a poly mailer, no box. Upon receipt, I inserted a battery to power the unit on, only to discover that the screen was cracked and would only display a black screen. The seller was unresponsive to messages over 3 business days.
