  The real test of a seller is how any problem is dealt with. The original item ordered was faulty (would not boot up, gave a fault code). PCRenewed agreed to send a replacement and to provide a prepaid label for the return of the faulty item. Their advice, communication and customer support were all first-class: helpful response by phone and prompt, clear emails. Questions were answered super-quickly, and even my somewhat awkward delivery/shipping requirements (due to some personal travel ) were met without any issue. The laptop was so securely packaged I think it could have survived being dropped from a building,. The device itself is virtually spotless and just as described. Really happy with my new machine!
