When contacted with this and an explanation of returns on my previous orders, they offered a partial refund to buy my own 3rd party power supply. The unit is in good physical condition, very clean internally and externally. It came with a 2TB SATA SSD, and I was able to install my own NVMe SSD on the internal port. Good value, and good seller communication.
