  The Modem looked great & worked perfectly so I rated it 5 stars. It did arrive within the time frame however, I ordered on 10/09/24 & received on 10/16/24. Since the item was a modem and was coming from an adjacent state, NY to MA I assumed it would arrive in a couple of days. I guess that's on me to assume.

  The item they sold me unfortunately didn’t work but when I reached out for a return they sent over a shipping label quick and didn’t argue about it. Once the item reached them they did take a little long to refund me but they were dealing with blizzard like conditions. I did get my full refund and I wish the item worked out but the seller was easy to work with.
