  I am very sorry you were dissatisfied with the item you purchased. The item was carefully and meticulously wrapped and secured in the box it was shipped in. Any damage incurred was the fault of the post office. Adding insult to injury, you are lying about the product you received. The product you claim was damaged is not the item I shipped to you.The photos you sent me to "prove" the damaged item were photos of an item different from the one you purchased from me.
