  He sent me a motherboard that seems to be in good condition, except he sent me the wrong model. He told me he would resolve it when he returned from vacation. I had to ask him again. He offered me a refund with the option to keep the motherboard. My eBay account did not show the refund option without returning the equipment. I explained this to him and he did not answer me again. I had to request my refund via PayPal.
