  Sent me the wrong size (too big). I should still be able to use them, but will have to trim down the tails to neaten up. Messaged seller about this, but so far have been waiting over a week, for a response. Not sure I’ll get one. Seem like reasonable value for money though. Haven’t fitted yet. Poor communication from seller.

  Wrong product sent, half of the order missing. Communication was quick to offer the sending of the other item missed (which was still never sent). Then I got attitude from the seller because apparently I am the issue after receiving a different product. I am now being ignored by the seller and have been given no option for a refund on either the missing items or the wrong product. Condition, items missing. Value, standard cost. Quality, wrong product. Customer service, shoddy.
