  1. Seller sold the laptop with incorrect amount of ram in description. 2. Seller sold the laptop not fully reset, password locked. Seller gave a password that doesn't unlock the device. Seller doesn't know the password to the device. 3. Seller sold the laptop with very bad screen ghosting issues. No where mentioned in the description. Seller accepted returns and shipping was very fast however!
