When it did it was the wrong item. I contacted the sypulier straight away who replied within two days. They wanted photographs of what was sent causing yet another delay. Finally they offered mea refund which I told them not to bother. I needed the wrapping which I order in good time for a special birthday gift two days after the offer of a refund.
